The Beans On Fire
7 Rue du Général Blaise, 75011 Paris, France
Editor's Review
The Beans on Fire is an interesting venture; renting a space in Paris is not cheap so Beans on Fire have opened part of their space as a roastery co-working space where local cafés can come and roast their own beans. It's proving popular and several Paris cafés have jumped on board.
The baristas in Beans on Fire are friendly and they know their stuff - the live roasting helps to add to the excitement of the shop as it's an open space and you can see exactly what's happening.
If you're in Paris, you like good coffee, and you're particularly interested in roasting, The Beans on Fire needs to be on your hit list.
