Sourced Market have been working hard to improve their coffee offer under head of coffee Federica Cuccato. Working closely with Origin Coffee Roasters on staff training they are making great strides. Coffeewise there is a Sourced house espresso from Origin and a range of guests from Barn Berlin, Square Mile. Round Hill, Colonna and others as well as a multi-roaster retail section that has to be seen with a wide selection of beans, Colonna capsules, Lalani & Co and Rare Teas. 

Sourced Market have also opened this site sharing the foyer of the Citadines serviced apartment building opposite the Barbican and functioning as café, bar and retail outlet for quality British craft food and drink. The Colonna pods come in handy as the hotel has Nespresso machines in all rooms. There is a full brunch and breakfast menu, with freshly made juices. The lunch menu consists of a choice of salad, along with small mains. In the evening they have a small menu consisting of small plates and sharing platters. If you have a dog, Sourced are known for pet-friendliness and even have a hashtag #dogsofsourcedmarket.
