Whilst the original site in Surry Hills is predominantly take away, catering for those in a hurry or lucky enough to find space to sit, the sister café, aptly named Sample Coffee Pro Shop is a lot more user friendly and for those wanting a more indulgent experience. This is immediately evident once you walk in and see the bar take centre stage with walls surrounded by all your home brewing delights.

The team here is happy to walk you through any questions and there are plenty of seats in the open warehouse to just chill over your brew, but the focus is on coffee - there are always a few options on at a time for variety, including retail to take home.

The retail range is expansive and a great stop for your home needs. Food here is just as fun, pro level with a few items that are done well, peaking your interest, keeping you around a little longer, not that it takes food to do so here
