One of the biggest things locals and tourists of Toronto can agree on is that Trinity Bellwoods Park is one of the best places to visit in summertime. People are scattered all around the green space playing sports, lying out on blankets with friends, or walking their dogs. The only thing that could make this scene better? Being able to grab a coffee on your way in.

Sam James opened their "Park" café in spring of 2016 on Queen St W right next to the main gate into the park. The space is bare-bones with a single bench wrapping around two walls of the room. A standing bar covers a portion of the third wall before it continues behind the counter and is covered in their unique look and feel; the stylings of which are found at other Sam James locations as well. Though the seating is limited, the big front windows allow customers to enjoy the park year round by watching the seasons change drinking Sam James' locally roasted coffee from the company’s own roastery, Cut Coffee.
