S,T Coffee
343 Tompkins Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11216, USA
Editor's Review
Nothing quite says "concept store" like a minimalist Bed-Stuy fashion boutique with a fancy coffee counter in front, and S,T Coffee – said coffee counter – flows seamlessly into the sunny corner of Sincerely, Tommy, a home for experimental clothing, jewelry, and similar goods on this otherwise unlikely strip of busy Tompkins Avenue. You'll find nicely prepared drinks from Williamsburg-and-Colombia-based Devocion beans here (enjoy almond, oat, or soy if you don't prefer cow's milk) as well as teas from Greenpoint blender Bellocq, Bliss brand "raw" energy balls, and less conceptual foods like pastry and turnovers.
Though you might be afraid to eat around the merchandise, guests are encouraged to stay at a handsome Danish Modern communal table, where they can soak up both the WiFi and the atmosphere. Not up for a major clothing purchase? Art zines and boutique marmalades are among the retail offerings here, too.
