Rosevelvet Bakery was inspired by the owners' visits to New York, which makes sense because it feels very different to many other coffee shops in Palma - in a good way. 

The staff are super friendly, the milk steamed really well, and the coffee made well. As a bakery, you'd expect an array of delicious cakes and bakes on offer and you won't be disappointed. 

There a good amount of seating inside and a cute little courtyard out the back, especially good when the sun is shining.
