A prime specialty experience, its prestigious standards of espresso weighing and milk steaming make you almost forget you're inside a hotel lobby – the coffee team here is as well-pedigreed as you'd hope for a spot this handsome. Take a seat at the communal bar and be treated to some good old-fashioned coffee-hotel hospitality, where drinks will be brought to you even though you sit a mere steps away from the counter.

A simple menu of well-prepared espresso and filter beverages are provided by Williamsburg's Devocion roasters, while sweeter options include Vietnamese-style and honey iced lattes. If you're looking for something a little heavier than the Chanson Bakery-provided pastries, pair your brew with a breakfast treat from the hotel restaurant, where you can consume a small selection of the restaurant's egg sandwiches and yogurts in the cafe till the late morning.
