In a quieter part of town, hidden amongst the back streets of central Palma, near to the Bank of Spain stands Mistral Coffee Roasters. It's run by people serious and enthusiastic about coffee.

You can sit in though seating is limited as the space mainly acts as a roastery. It's easily accessible for cyclists and buggies due to the ramp that leads up to main area. 

It's a great spot - you're unlikely to just come across it but do hunt it out if you're in town.
