Making coffee is both a belief and a science at Methodist Coffee Roasters. As soon as you walk in, the super clean multi-space of full cafe, kitchen and roaster is striking. An all white canvas splashed with greenery and layered with wooden features and accents, including a showpiece of a wooden communal table.

The heritage listed building has been well renovated to incorporate a transparent open atmosphere where you can ask all layers of the specialists there about what they’re about to roast, cook or brew for you. Being inquisitive is encouraged. All incredibly knowledgeable and confident in the quality of the product. The quality is there with flavours beaming from cups of espresso and filter, available as batch or pour over (Chemex), frequently rotating, introducing new flavours with a mainstay of a creamy espresso milk blend.

Well spaced so as not to feel intrusive, a walkway between bar and seating, guides you through a doorway encouraging a wonder, opening up to reveal the roastery, kitchen and additional cushioned stadium seating.
