JOVA London
69 Charlotte St, Fitzrovia, London W1T 4PJ, UK
Editor's Review
JOVA, which opened in the autumn of 2017, is a café that offers more than just well-made coffee. It does that, via Allpress, but what makes the venue stand out is the co-working space downstairs and the superbly curated range of food. The space, which they call the Joffice, is calm, quiet, and well-designed, and desk-space and a meeting room can be rented by the hour or day without a membership fee. There are also discounted rates on food and drinks for those working there, and the whole thing can be booked and run through a slick app.
The food is crafted in JOVA's own kitchen in Bermondsey and overseen by a registered dietitian who ensures that everything is balanced and well labelled. There are also a multitude of presses, juices, and smoothies available. The café itself is spacious, bright, and stylish. While coffee is probably not the emphasis at JOVA, if you go to work or for the food, the coffee won't disappoint – and there's a lot more to commend JOVA, too.
