Irving Farm Coffee Roasters — Fulton Center
200 Broadway, New York, NY 10038
Editor's Review
One of several locations, Irving Farm can be considered one of the pioneers of specialty coffee in New York City with its Irving Place cafe. This stylish kiosk is THE place in the massive Fulton Center subway complex to get a quality cup of coffee, whose sleek black wood and metal accents compliment the architectural work of this plaza's modern interiors.
Hudson-Valley-roasted beans are used for either the house blend or single origin drip coffees and pour-overs, along with standard cafe classics of lattes and Americanos (a non-dairy alternative is oat milk). Sweeter non-caffeinated options include hot cider, hot chocolate, housemade chai, and Arnold Palmers, which you can also pair with locally sourced pastries from bakeries like One Girl Cookies or Colson Patisserie.
Being a takeaway-centric cafe, quick breakfast treats like yogurt bowls and bagels are available, along with a fridge packed with juices and other grab-and-go items. "Sidewalk" seating just outside make a stop at this transfer point a little less frenzied.
