Fragments
76 Rue des Tournelles, 75003 Paris, France
Editor's Review
Fragments is a great find in the back streets of Paris. It's pretty near to the fancy Parisian shop, Merci; though we'd much rather pay a visit to this café. Their coffee is well made using Hexagone beans.
The café is long and quite narrow inside (especially at the back), but they've made excellent use of the space with the bar and kitchen on one side, and the seating on the other. It's always good fun to be able to see what's going on with the coffee (and food).
If you need a pick-me-up, then, obviously, the coffee is great, but the homemade ginger ale is perfect as an alternative. The addition of the records playing as you sit and enjoy your drinks is an added bonus. That and the staff are lovely.
