Established Coffee

On the corner of Hill Street, in Cathedral Quarter, is Established Coffee. One of the first speciality coffee shops in Belfast, it has been operating for over 5 years (as of 2018). It's a great space; open, industrial, and large. 

It's clearly been carefully planned and thoughtfully put together: concrete flooring, wooden bar, and beautiful menu board and display behind the bar. There's a large central communal table and plenty of seating around the outside of it, too. What's great is that it doesn't feel cramped.

The food is hearty and healthy; made from seasonal produce and created with care. It's a great stop for brunch/lunch but, most importantly, it's an excellent place to stop for coffee.
