This small and friendly cafe has a warm and welcoming vibe, a rustic raw wood lightly nautical decor, lovely backyard, and impeccable libations. You'll find several great bean selections in their rotating selection, like Maryland's Ceremony Coffee, along with excellent tea and a full matcha menu, and some light food options. They source most of their pastries from Park Slope's veteran French-Belgian patisserie, Colson, and bring in or make assorted other treats, including vegan and gluten-free options like their housemade granola. There are also great waffles, breakfast sandwiches and toasts, on a small but thoughtful and evolving menu.

But the coffee is clearly the serious passion here, and they keep the selection fresh with guest roasters, filter features and single-cup options, along with their excellent espresso. Plus, there is a cool appointment-only one chair salon behind s sliding barn door in the back! It's a happening area and a trendy, stylish vibe, but everything comes off as genuine, and the quality can't be beaten.
