In a glorious setting in the Jardin du Palais Royal, surprising, lies Café Kitsuné. On a sunny day, it's a beautiful location. Café Kitsuné is a spin-off of the fashion brand Maison Kitsuné. During our visit to Paris, it was the only space where we really had to queue; in a way, this is unsurprising as the coffee was very good. However, the weather was on another level so this likely has an effect on its popularity.

Inside is quite small; there is a long bar to sit at (although this is right next to the queue) and a few seats at the back. There's a lot of seating outside.

The parquet flooring and the quality of the fit out definitely adds to the experience.
