This Bushwick warehouse serves as home to the East Coast roasting operation of the ever-expanding Blue Bottle Coffee, and if you are a fan of the bean, this place is worth visiting for that reason alone. The large, airy café is lined with windows to the street on one side, and windows to the roast on the other, and it’s a sight to see for sure, a little coffee tourism right here in Brooklyn.

The actual café is their biggest space anywhere in the city, though it’s a quiet industrial block and it’s not usually packed. They serve all of the typical Blue Bottle fare, with all of their espresso blends and single-origin roasts available, plus cold brew and other classic coffee options. For a snack with your buzz, all of the Blue Bottle cafes carry a similar mix of pastries, waffles, parfait, and a couple of sandwich options. The nice bonus here is that their bakery is also on site, so those treats are often fresh and hot from the oven.
