 With it’s super clean and industrial style finish, no bulky machine in the way, (undercounter espresso machine) Aunty Peg’s is the follow up to Proud Mary Coffee and focuses on showcasing high quality single origin beans rotating on a fortnightly basis. These often follow a theme such as region, process methods, award winners and many more, always special and a treat. Options usually of three, available as espresso and filter, each highlighting a profound attribute to demonstrate range and diversity of the beans.
Serving only black coffee, espresso and filter, it is a listed destination for coffee geeks both in the industry, and the home enthusiast. Don’t let that scare you off if you are neither and really just appreciate a great coffee experience and exceptional service, it’s incomparable^. All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly with their inGeniusBar* and make it a point to educate and inform all customers about what they're about to enjoy, from origin to taste notes and everything in between.

Public cuppings are held every Saturday to showcase upcoming offerings and include an information session on the running theme. You also get a sweet tour of the facility emphasising the company's transparancy – it’s very welcoming. It is also the home of The Collingwood Coffee College for those interested taking a course in all things coffee.
