Arket
224 Regent St, Soho, London W1B 3BR, UK
Editor's Review
The Arket café sits in a spacious corner in what Vogue describes as a “stripped-back-Scandi chic” clothes and homeware store. Despite occupying a prime spot on London’s Regent Street, Arket, which translates from Swedish into “piece of paper”, is a lofty and minimal space is a welcome oasis of calm.
The café serves three single-origin blends developed with Swedish coffee roaster Johan & Nystrom, alongside a range of coffee-making equipment. There is a small selection of sandwiches and pastries on sale too, making Arket an ideal spot to relax and refuel on a busy day shopping. The high seats and table at the window provide a perfect vantage point for people watching – you really will see all walks of life come and go as you enjoy your coffee, which comes in a medium or light roast.
