A catch up with Matt Stephens about cycling and coffee
Matt Stephens is a former pro cyclist, 2x winner of Junior Tour of Wales and representing Team GB at the 1992 Olympics in the Road race. Since his retirement from racing, and after 12 years in the police force, Matt now works across the cycling industry; commentating, writing and consulting.
We were lucky enough to catch up with him at the Silverstone Classic, where he took part in the INEOS Grenadier fun ride. Watch the full clip to find out how cycling has progressed since his retirement, and his favourite coffee pit-stops in the UK and Europe.
